Talent & Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talent & Development Manager in Training and Transformation to develop, implement and monitor the Social and Labour Plan, including ABET, succession Planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing, supervise training budgetary process, ensure that core HR functions and targets are coordinated and implemented. Ideally you will have a Degree in Psychology or related. A minimum of 6 years experience in an operational HRD role in a mining environment is essential.
