Leading Financial Services client seeks candidates COE: Head of Talent Management

Role Description & Key Result Areas:
-Leads and evolves the Talent Management practice.
-Translates the Business Strategy and People Strategy into an integrated Talent Management Strategy. Provides input into the People
Strategy.
-Leads the organisation in the identification, acquisition, deployment, succession and retention of talent for key roles.
-Drives the use of leading practice in the development of Talent practices and frameworks.
-Drives innovation and integration of talent processes through technology.
-Ensures alignment and integration of Talent practices with other HR practices.
-Leads the Talent function, building a capable and effective team and manages resource allocation.
-Manages the talent budget within prescribed guidelines and governances.
-Guides Strategic HR Business Partners on building a talent pipeline and pool that contributes to building key capabilities and delivery of
strategic objectives.
-Ongoing optimization and research of best practices in line with business strategy and global benchmarking practices.
-Analyses talent and performance data and uses predictive analytics to inform decision making and future initiatives.
-Measures and monitors the implementation and impact of talent solutions and practices.
-Embeds a Performance Excellence culture across the business.
-Empowers and enables HR Managers and line managers and develops organizational capability to achieve Talent and Performance
Management outcomes.
-Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships with London plc Group Head Office to align to global standards.
-Negotiates and communicates requirements with internal and external customers / suppliers.
-Positions Talent Management within the overall HR Management context and demonstrates thought leadership in the market.
-Implements talent technology solutions.

Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant degree at honours level. Masters level qualification will be considered advantageous.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Talent Management field.
- A minimum of 5 years Senior Management experience.
- Ideally a Registered Psychologist.
