The Talent Specialist will support the regional HR Business Partners and Centre’s of Expertise to proactively attract, acquire and develop the highest calibre people with the skills, behavioural characteristics and drives to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.
The role entails sourcing, researching and analysing trends, the engagement, development and maintenance of functional talent pipelines, for deployment within the business.

An undergraduate degree is a minimum requirement.
A postgraduate qualification in business, psychology or Human Resources and / or advanced certification in HR or similar would be advantageous.
Experience in a generalist/ similar talent management role, OR
A background in or familiarisation with active sourcing and the development and maintenance of a data base of candidates suitable for employment
