Job Description:

Provide on-going Talent support and business partnering, focusing on achieving business objectives.
Driving the talent agenda from recruitment to retention to training and development
Working as a business partner by maximising talent, including driving skills development, facilitating the performance management processes and succession planning
Transformation and change management
Implementation of HR governance, provide analytics and deliver high quality HR reporting
Driving the Implementation of various HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

Relevant Diploma / Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management or Business Management complemented
Minimum of 5 years operational experience in a unionised environment
Advanced knowledge of Human Resources practices and relevant legislation
Strong computer skills
Advanced VIP / Premier HR System knowledge
Above average command in English and Afrikaans (command in isiXhosa will be advantageous)
