POSITION - Talent Partner
LOCATION - Randburg, Johannesburg
SALARY Commission only
TYPE Contract (To start immediately!!!)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -
• Matric.
• Tertiary qualification (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years’ full cycle recruitment sales experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ previous experience with recruitment platforms/portals (preferred).
Own car and valid drivers license

• “Hunter”-type personality that can actively develop new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Urgency, articulate, self-motivated, independent go-getter.
• Structured, well organized and consistent performer.
• Excellent communicator with distinct problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiator and objection-handler that can “think-on-your-feet”, offer suitable solutions and close the deal.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and highly people (client & candidate) focused.
• Strict deadline and target driven environment.
Own car and valid drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• New business generation through active cold calling.
• Marketing the Brand in a positive and professional manner.
• Lead, drive, coordinate and conclude the recruitment process for client vacancies urgently.
• Thorough understanding of the recruitment process:
o cold calling;
o signing up of new accounts;
o harvesting vacancies/specs;
o creating/advertising vacancies;
o screening/shortlisting resumes;
o interviewing/shortlisting candidates;
o client presentation;
o managing client/candidate expectations;
o salary/benefits negotiations; and
o successfully placing a vacancy.
• Experience with social media platforms for recruiting, networking and Head Hunting
