An exciting opportunity to join an agency based in the Cape Town Metro area. We are looking for a strong recruitment consultant with at least 2-3 years recruitment experience preferably in Finance/Accounting and/or Information Technology. This is a full 360 degree role – and will include business development, candidate sourcing and interviewing and closing the deal.
You will need to satisfy the following minimum requirements:
· 2-3 Years recruitment experience (Finance and/or IT recruitment experience would be preferred)
· Good at business development and maintaining client and candidate relationships
· Proven track record or billing history
· Must be able to work independently (self-motivated individual)
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have own car and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Servicing existing clients
- Advertising
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for job requirements
- Screening and reference checking
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer retention
- Supervising/managing the office administrator to ensure all admin related duties are taken care of
· - You must be able to run your own desk successfully as you will be given a warm desk which you will need to grow and develop.
· - As this is a very client centric agency you will need to have good presentation skills telephonically and not be afraid of sitting across from executive members (Directors/CEOs) of major corporations.
