The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible and accountable to attract, source and select high calibre talent that will deliver on our clients objectives. Additionally, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible to execute recruitment strategies in support of managing time to fill, increase direct recruitment and building a consistently high calibre talent pool.

OUTPUTS

• Partners with Hiring managers for assigned clients to develop and execute recruiting plans as per identified business needs
• Gains agreement on service level agreements, sets clear expectations with hiring manager and influences overall recruiting process to achieve SLA’s
• Conduct full in-depth prescreening activities and delivers credible shortlists with qualified applicants for current and future positions
• Facilitate the end to end recruitment and selection process in consultation with hiring managers and HR Business Partners including educating hiring managers on conducting competency based interviews in order to ensure fair and consistent interviewing practices
• Provides guidance and influence to HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure the right people are hired for the right positions at the right time
• Prepare and deliver offers to candidates and work with coordinators to manage all candidate preparation for new hire processes including offer management and background screening
• Manages positive internal and external candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and identifies for improving candidate experience
• Develop proactivesourcing strategies to acquire and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Utilise multiple and non-traditional sourcing channels and methodologies eg web 2.0, social media, head hunting, networking
• Recommend and implement ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to Employer Brand and Talent Sourcing strategy development
• Provide reports on key metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually

Minimum Qualifications
• B Degree in Human Resources or Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years Information Technology recruitment experience (corporate and agency)
