Job Title: Tax Accountant My client is looking to employ a Tax Accountant. The purpose of the role is to provide advice and guidance about taxation, including ways of managing tax liability and compliance with current Legislation.

Job Description:

• Perform Monthly GL clearing journals
• Generate various reports for consideration
• Prepare tax returns
• Compile tax schedules
• Reconciliations od assessments
• Perform Tax reconciliations and quarterly VAT analysis
• Conduct Tax monitoring according to tax control frameworks
• Perform the completion and filing of indirect tax returns including STT

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) Preferred
• Tax Qualification (HDip Tax / Advanced tax Diploma)
• 3 years’ experience in an accounting tax role
• SAP Systems experience

Skills:

• Sound knowledge and understanding of SSA Tax
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and International Taxation rules
