A audit firm is urgently seeking a successful Tax Consultant. Some of the duties of the positon will include: support and assist with the management of the tax technical base, Prepare corporate tax computations and review computations prepared for tax compliance, Detailed technical research on ad hoc projects; Tax technical transactional analysis and support, including tax due diligence, transaction documentation review, assistance with practical implementation matters and resultant tax compliance obligations; and write and review of correspondence with SARS: information requests, ruling requests, and tax disputes.
