• Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure
• An ability to work unsupervised
• Manage Tax Department and two juniors
• Maintain and develop excellent client relationships
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• First-rate relationship with SARS offices
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Demonstration of broader finance and accounting skills outside of the taxation
• Comprehensive knowledge of structure and purpose of company entities
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Liaising with clients and colleagues to provide personal and corporate tax and international consulting services

Qualification: BCom (Tax/Accounting) Degree
