A respected audit firm seeks a Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions manager able to perform the following duties:

• Research and opinion writing

• Tax accrual reviews

• Tax due diligence reviews

• Drafting due diligence reports and tax structuring reports

• Structuring of transactions and drafting of tax structuring reports

• Tax modelling using Excel

• Review and editing agreements, resolutions, circulars and prospectuses from a tax perspective

• Project co-ordination

• Hands-on implementation of advice

• Identification of value-added opportunities and generating proposals

The required qualifications for this position include: CA(SA) and MCom (Tax) or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
