Position Description Overview
This position controls Risks and Interest and form an integral part of the Project.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reduce departmental and company overheads and/or expenses;
Ensuring that there are no penalties awarded due to Bank Files uploading, Payments,
Reconciliations and Help-desk Reporting issues;
Delivering client acceptable Service reports on time and within budget;
Delivery to provided deadlines;
Amount and accuracy of work;
Ensuring delivery of effective Software Support and Hardware Maintenance reports and Bank Reports and Reconciliations within the scales agreed with client on Software and Hardware;
Provide a professional and timely support and hardware maintenance and Bank Payment reporting service to Clients;
Communication towards client's and improving client relations;
Implementation, maintenance and use of the Hard Cat Help desk system
Display of Good Work Ethic;
Adherence to Policies & Procedures;
Enhancement of our image and brand;
Display of Initiative (also in respect of steps taken to meet deadlines/perform task as expected);
Management style - communication, discipline, support to staff, conflict resolution, planning of staff duties, administrative duties;
Own work habits – amount of work, accuracy, handling of difficult situations, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, assuming responsibility, decision making skills, independent work, commitment, problem resolution skills; and
Continuous Improvement of software skills, applications.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
Grade 12;
Tertiary qualification in Finance or Project Management
Proven Microsoft Office experience
Knowledge of Toll Industry and use of our Software
Database knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Windows
