Purpose of the position – To move through an international development program, Meeting and exceeding targets. Teaching, training and developing new trainees. Learning how to run a Franchise.
Major responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Develop strong business acumen & Leadership skills.
• Build an understanding of our market.
• Take full ownership of your learning & development.
• Identify sales prospects through networking and data.
• Achieve set weekly & monthly targets.

Relevant experience:
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Customer service, Sales, Team leadership and Management skills are preferred, along with higher Education.
Matric / South African ID is a must.
