Managing different HR projects at an assortment of clients & overseeing Senior HR consultants as well as technical specialist consulting with key HR implementations and assisting with operational strategy execution. Apart from being a critical client facing role and building of client relationships, this incumbent will ensure that project delivery conforms to industry best practice and quality control measures

The Person:
• Minimum of B degree in HR
• 5-8 years’ experience as a Senior HR CONSULTANT in an advisory capacity with 2 years at strategic level
• Candidate MUST HAVE CONSULTING EXPERIENCE and not INHOUSE HR.

The Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Cost effective allocation & use of company resources/ budgest/ accurate record keeping/ monthly billing/ project costing
• Operational and Strategic
• Governance: Solid knowledge of LRS, BCEA, SDA and EE/ SLA’s/ Confidentiality
• Strategy: Assist Senior Consultants with client HR strategy formulation and approving HR implementation
• Project Management: Overseeing all retainer & project delivery and ensuring delivery accords with project scope and SLA agreements; Utilizing CRM system with the assistance of Senior Consultants for setting up projects, monitoring and executing. Overseeing and ensuring quality control mechanisms. Project and billing reporting
