My client, an established, forward thinking, innovative and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced:
Team Leader – Call Centre - Night Shift

The Role:
The main duties are to ensure the day to day management of a team of Agents, in a manner that is in line with excellent service delivery.
Main Duties:
People Management – Team of between 12 – 15 Agents
Communication and Feedback
Reporting and Administration
Customer Satisfaction

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Team Leader – 12 – 15 Agents
Background in telecommunications advantageous
Willing to work shifts and weekends: from 22:00 – 06:30
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R18,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience excluding shift allowance and an annual performance bonus
