Manage the daily operations of the CLO Team Excellence
Conduct feedback sessions regularly on against set targets performance
Monitor and manage Client Liaison Officers’ daily activities
Ensure adherence to work schedules by the Client Liaison Officers
Monitor the telephone accounts of the Team to ensure prudent utilisation of telephone resources
Develop service improvement initiatives
Set performance targets, plans and goals for the Client Liaison Officers against the operational plan

Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent
Have experience customer relationship management environment in a sales, business development, client service
Be organised and have good time management skills
