Team Leader - Customer Service

• Close monitor of distribution (branch or client specific)
• Close monitor of collections & returns (branch or client specific)
• Handle queries & enquiries on a local & national basis.
• Ensure that all consignments are delivered according to the service level agreement.
• Provide the client with prompt feedback on late deliveries, incorrect addresses, lost consignments
• Investigate & report on delivery exceptions.
• Compile reports - specific criteria (POD/consumer/outlying/returns)
• Provide statistical information on distribution parameters/delivery conformance.
• Arrange all special deliveries/collections.
• Assist operations, locally & nationally, with all problematic consignments.
• Co-ordinate all sensitive/promotional distributions.
• Risk (Claims) Procedures.
• Keep clients abreast of operational procedures/changes
• Manage and follow up on problem trip report daily
• A Diploma/ Certificate in Customer Service/Relations or similar
• A min of 2 years’ working experience in a customer services environment
• Proven ability in controlling delivery schedules and conformance performance parameters
• Must have strong computer literacy skills

Basic Salary - R12 500.00 including Medical Aid and Provident Fund CTC
