Leads the MDW team to meet mission/vision/values of the company by being a living example
Leads his/her team to meet/exceed the QSCM targets daily/weekly
Created an empowered MDW teams which makes decisions and solves problems (suggestions and continuous improvement)
Ensures product conformity via First Off and regular plant checks
Demands improved service from his/her suppliers
Looks for ways to improve service to his/her customers and knows his/her customer rating
Ensures the safety and well-being of his/her team members
