Job Description:
To effectively lead and motivate the Field Service team to provide onsite service and support on assigned open tickets to resolve technical issues such as installing and maintaining computer systems and networks in a timely fashion.
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
? 3 – 5 years’ experience in Field Service Engineering/Technician role
? 1-2 years’ experience leading a Field Engineers
Qualifications:
? Grade 12
? Degree/Diploma in Information Technology advantageous.
? ITIL Certified
