VACANCY: Team leader (HET) Permanent position (EL)
A reputable education institution is looking for a qualified & experienced HET( Higher Education and Training) Team leader to manage and provide effective guidance. Team leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivation the team members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
• Supervising and managing the HET division within the Student Administration Office.
• Providing superior customer service to students and staff of the institution.
• Assuming overall responsibility for the administration and support of the HET division.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of all the policies and processes relating to the HET division.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Team leader or supervisor
• Three years relevant experience in a Student/Faculty Administration environment.
• Knowledge of Higher Education
• Previous exposure to and knowledge of the HET/FETC landscape
• Grade 12 plus relevant qualification

Salary – Market related and subject to experience and qualifications
