Looking for a Team Leader for Leisure to based in Rivonia.
Salary: R10 000 to R15 000 ctc

The incumbent is responsible for leading team within dedicated portfolio. The individual is dedicated to assist, coach, mentor and support all reporting staff whilst continuing to perform daily responsibilities as well as ensure customer satisfaction. Incumbent is responsible in for increasing revenue and ensuring best practices and minimize risk to the company.

Experience and knowledge required:
Matric Certificate
Leadership course
5 years travel experience and previous Leadership experience
Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and development within the Travel industry
Good Geographical Knowledge
Fare course 1-3
GDS Certificate (Amadeus)
Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems and procedures of the organisation
Software: Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function (Amadeus SAM & AGM)
Ability to do quality control
