• 10 years development experience
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Detailed and wide range technical knowledge across entire domain systems.
• Expert technical knowledge (Microsoft)
• Maintains high levels of understanding of product knowledge and business domain knowledge
• Excellent leadership/ management skills
• Proven process improvement experience
• Advanced design and analysis skills (includes database design)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• 5+ Years’ experience as an Application Developer / Programmer (CM)
• 5+ years’ experience using C#
• 5+ years’ experience using WPF
• 5+ years experience using ASP.NET
• 5+ years experience using Microsoft SQL Server
• Exposure to Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Mobile, Azure, Windows Store App & Windows Phone development would be advantage
