Team Leader - Motor Industry

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the day to day management and outcomes of a team of agents, in a manner that is in line with executing plans to achieve sales targets by ensuring results are driven by producing quality outcomes and interactions for customers
Main Duties:
People Management – Team of between 10 - 15 Agents
Communication and Feedback
Reporting and Administration
Customer Satisfaction
Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
Must have 2 years Team Leader experience within a Motor Industry Call Centre
Road side assistance experience required
Flexible - Shift environment: 05:30am – 2pm or 6am – 2.30pm, 2pm – 10.30pm, 10pm – 6am
Own transport is essential
MS Suite - Intermediate
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R17,875 CTC per month – Dependent on experience excluding a lucrative performance based bonus.
