Location: Boksburg, Gauteng (Must reside within a 25km radius)
Offer: R16, 000.00 + R 2 700.00 towards medical aid, plus funeral policy, plus life policy plus 5% Contribution towards Provident Fund

Requirements
Experience in freight or export Industry/Clearing and Forwarding
3-5 Years’ experience in the Management or supervisory of at least 20 staff members
Basic understanding of labour law and HR (disciplinary process, BCEA and how to do hearings etc.)
Must be able to handle difficult staff members
Must have the ability to coach, motivate, train, mentor and discipline staff effectively
Must have strong communication skills
Strong administration skills
Computer literate

Essential
Own vehicle
Grade 12 Certificate with Maths / Maths Literacy essential – Must be able to provide Matric Certificate
Ability to work with little supervision
Good command of the English business language, both written and spoken
Be able to work in a fast pace multi-task environment
Must be able to work in a highly pressurized environment
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information
Professional and ethical at all times
Attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours (Shifts)
