Our Client has a strong presence in South Africa. They have approx. 200 associates in South Africa in its distribution and manufacturing operations.
R22 – R25,000 basic salary and then benefits – 66% medical co. contr, 11% pension fund, share scheme etc.

Requirements:
• BCom finance / marketing / business degree with 5 Years’ experience in Finance, pricing or systems/process analysis
• At least two years’ experience in supervising / leading a team
• Analytical and systematic thinking with above average problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and result driven environment.
• Exceptional computer skills – Ms Excel Intermediate level.
• Attention to detail and exceptional numeracy skills.
• Ability to compose own correspondence including reports.
• Proficiency in business English both verbal and written.
• Unendorsed driver’s license and own transport.
• No criminal record.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the activities of the Pricing associates as well as solving problems and providing support
• Provides technical & people leadership of own team and also working with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and process price and ROE adjustments
• To serve as the communication medium and understand the requirements from customer service in terms of price competitiveness and quote delivery times
• Meet customer expectations by driving the quote turnaround time and through that, increased sales
• Be discrete when dealing with confidential information.
• Management of Customer Master Related data in SAP (customer calendars, Inclusion lists and CMIRs)
• Development, analysis and suggestion of tactics based on pricing and profitability metrics and reports
• Management of Online Store. Client Online store data integrity; performance metrics reporting; adoption by customers; integration into customer systems; analysis of data to suggest strategies on new part numbers/ pricing as well as the responsibility to grow and drive electronic ordering.
• Towards the achievement of the company’s core values of independence & quality, and working within the team, address dispute resolution and provide accurate information
• Quote feedback from customers, OTD reports, Blocked and Incomplete Orders, Customer Query Coordination, un-promised sales order reporting.
