Responsibilities:
Legal- Ensure all buying activities are underpinned by the necessary legal contracts, covering aspects of price, quality and service levels.
Negotiate and ensure favorable terms for the company with suppliers.

Inventory Control- Assist the supply chain manager in implementing monitoring processes that ensure optimum inventory / raw material levels
Provide information on stock levels by SBA which assist the supply chain manager in determining optimum stock levels in conjunction with Product Management
Ensure formal monthly S&OP process is established between Procurement and Marketing.

Costing and Bench marking.

Develop and maintain reporting and KPI developments within agreed frequency intervals, both internal en regional

Ensure all deviations from set KPI's are investigated and such results where required appropriate counter measures are deployed

Complete any other task as directed by management relating to the finance affairs of the company

Adhere to the general agreed deadlines as stipulated from time to time

Procurement and Sourcing

Requirements:
5-10 years experience in a similar role

Degree in Supply Chain/Equivalent

Use of SAP or other accounting software

Excellent negotiating skills
