Team Leader – Quality - Call Centre

My client, an established and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced:
Team Leader – Quality

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Quality Analysts to ensure the effective delivery of all services outlined in the Companies Quality Management Framework to the Business Unit/s within which they operate

Main Duties:
People Management
Quality Management
Administration

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
2-3 years supervisory experience within a Quality Department of a Contact Centre environment
Previous exposure to and understanding of Quality Management Methodologies
Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate Level)
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizens ONLY

Salary on Offer:
Market Related CTC per month - Dependent on experience, this excludes a lucrative annual performance bonus
