Team Leader – Sales (Flooring)

The purpose of the role is to achieve targets through the building and strengthening of customer relationships and excellent customer service. It is essential for the incumbent to have in-depth knowledge of laminate, wood and vinyl flooring products.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you are reliable and honest, have the ability to work under pressure and are competent in MS Office and SAP.

• Drive sales growth
• Drive market distribution
• Customer Services
• Reporting
• Budget management
• Supervision and Development

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric essential
• Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
• Own reliable transport plus valid drivers’ license essential

Basic + strong commission structure + travel allowance + cell phone allowance + provident fund
