Requirements:
Previous Service Desk experience in an IT focussed environment utilising a Ticketing system
ITIL or other similar related discipline.
IT Degree level desirable.
IT Certificates in the domain knowledge desirable
Proven experience managing and coaching agents in a technical environment
Working hours:
Currently 08:00 to 18:00 GMT - will transition into 24 hours per day, including Weekends and Public Holidays
