Leading Ecommerce House is URGENTLY needing an experienced Lead to assist the Contact Centre Manager with Team management, development and coaching whilst continually providing World Class Customer Service.
Responsibilities include Workflow Management, Shift Debriefing, Management of escalations, Customer Service Management, Operational Management (IT issues), Performance Management (productivity, targets, metrics, coaching, development and QA)
Requirements include:
1. 2 years lead experience within the CASINO INDUSTRY
2. Experience working with CC Technology and CSC systems
3. Excellent level of Excel (graphs and formulas) for reporting
4. Excellent communications and numerical skills
Ability to motivated, lead, direct and coach your team through utilising acquired skills /knowledge and maintaining an upbeat team moral.
