To provide support to CLO Manager by managing a team of Client Liaison Officers (CLOs) and their performance in accordance with the CLO Operational Plan and directives given by management. Supervise the activities and work volume of Call Centre (CC) Customer Services. Representatives in attending to incoming customer inquiries and the resolution of issues raised, in order to provide optimal service delivery. Supervise the telephone account betting section with respect to the maintenance of systems, procedures and customer service standards and staff scheduling arrangements

A National Diploma is a must; Degree added advantage; At least 2/3 years functional experience; Reside around Nelspruit and have a valid driver’s Licence and Own car
