Core responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop members of a team to provide a professional and competent service
• Communicate and interact with major clients to improve working relationship and improve customer relations
• Demonstrate strong people management behaviours and values
• Take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and delivery of management Information
• Ensure key targets are met and exceeded by the team
• Provide an appropriate level of training, mentoring and coaching support to new and existing members of the team
• Performance manage all members of the team, including 1-1's,
• Initiate and lead effective team meetings
• Provide a forward thinking approach to ensure the team exceed deliverables and company expectations
• Any other managerial requests that arise from time to time
