Established Corporate Company is looking to employ a Team Leader to supervise front office team and being backup for the Back Office Team Leader

Managing all call centre and static transactions
Ensuring all processing of financial and non-financial client queries/instructions
Compiling reports
Incident reporting and root cause analysis

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Investment / Wealth Qualification is essential
B.Com Economics / Financial management advantageous
Must have at least 3 years experience supervising investment front office
Regulatory and Legislative knowledge
Computer literate - MS Office
