Grade 12
Relevant FAIS qualification: RE 1 or appropriate qualification based on date of first appointment into the industry
Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience within a call centre environment (preferably inbound)
Sound knowledge of call management systems and metrics

Ensuring that lead utilisation is at optimal levels
Developing sales plans – daily, weekly, monthly etc to align to overall targets
Ensuring client retention through delivery of excellent customer service
Recruiting new employees
Planning and monitoring activities to ensure the achievement of quality and sales targets
Analysing reports and metrics and to ensure adherence and identify trends
Implementing and communicating process and/or system changes
Building and maintaining relationships with direct reports and other teams
Motivating direct reports to deliver and continuously improve results
Manage and monitor availability/attendance levels to meet and exceed service level targets
Manage performance of direct reports and take appropriate action
Ensure that the necessary skills and competencies are developed through coaching, training etc
