We are a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy with our biggest areas of expertise being Technology & Marketing. An exciting job opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated and committed Recruitment Resourcer to be responsible for a variety of recruitment and resourcing activities for our dynamic forward thinking recruitment business in Johannesburg.

Supporting the Technology & Marketing Divisions, the Recruitment Resourcer in Johannesburg will be responsible for the following:

- Working in a small team, your accountabilities will focus on engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, which will see you:
- Source candidates utilising various channels – database, social media, candidate & client referrals
- Prepare job advertisements tailored to technical candidates and monitor advertising response
- Pre-screen and interview suitably qualified candidates for a variety of technical job positions
- Prepare candidate resume summaries for clients
- Conduct candidate reference checks
- Maintain on-going contact with candidates placed
- Build and maintain strong and varied technical talent pools via networks, candidate referrals and various other online tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.)

About you

- You are able to demonstrate sound knowledge of IT and/or Marketing
- A multi-tasker who is equally comfortable working autonomously and within a team
- Excited to work in a fast paced environment within a competitive industry
- Flexible in your approach to managing changing priorities
- Candidate focused, able to utilise your well-developed interpersonal skills to build rapport
- Driven, with a “can do” attitude, displaying initiative to achieve goals and outcomes
- Ideally, you are degree qualified whilst recruitment industry experience is desirable, it is not essential
