Degree – Commercial, Legal or Actuarial
3-5 years relevant experience
CFA. CFP or ASSA will be preferred.

The development of best practice advice modelling and materials to support the evolution of advice philosophy, ensuring better outcomes for customers and supporting Retail distribution and product house.

1. Assistance with development Best Practice
2. Alignment of key internal businesses
3. Develop and maintain best practice modelling
4. Maintenance of External Stakeholder relationships

• Collaborate, liaise and work closely with the Retail business units and Institutional Research and Product Development teams
• Drive receiving input on an ongoing basis from other areas of the Retail business
Develop and maintain best practice modelling and reporting
• Coaching advisers on changes or amendments on best practices
• Assist in developing of technical material and tools to enable the distribution
• Collaboration and feedback with product houses to develop needs based solutions for clients
• Assist research to develop an understanding of life insurance, short term insurance and investment products offered internally and in the market

• Support to distribution channels

• Assistance with the developing of house view notes, supporting material and reporting within tools linked to continued thought leadership, product development (informing) and compliance.
Development models to support and test best practice

• Knowledge on personal finance matters (technical product knowledge of financial products)
• Modelling competencies – Excel, VBA, statistical models
• Business acumen
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
