Cape Town - Technical Sales Executive / Application Engineer position available for a driven individual wanting to exceed sales and customer expectations with experience in design and application of coil heat exchangers/refrigeration systems(or similar technical industry).
JOB PURPOSE
Sales and support of Coils within the heat exchanges and refrigeration systems solutions to various industries.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in engineering or Sales qualification with strong technical background
• Strong sales and marketing orientation
• A driven individual wanting to exceed sales and customer expectations
• Experience in design and application of coil heat exchangers/refrigeration systems(or similar technical industry)
• Assertive, proactive and the desire to add value in a progressive organization
• Project management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and service existing and potential customers
• Assist in developing and executing the regional sales growth strategy in line with company strategic objectives
• Provide Technical solutions/quotations and proposals to customers
• Liaise with consulting engineers and develop/submit tenders/proposals as required
• Liaise with refrigeration contractors and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Perform coil and/or system selection, application & optimization in line with customer requirements
• Liaise with customers regarding requirements, applications and solutions
• Manage and achieve monthly sales targets
• Project manage “bespoke” special sales orders
• Provide customer and on-site support as required
• Identify and drive new product requirements
• Drive technical sales support documentation
• Liaise within the group export division to grow export potential
