TECHNICAL ASSISTANT & PA TO SERVICE MANAGER & DIRECTOR

Salary: R20, 000 per Month plus Provident fund and performance based bonus

Seeking an experienced Technical Assistant / PA for a company based in Centurion Pretoria

Required Qualifications:
Matric

Essential Requirements:
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer orientation
• Must be computer literate
• Pastel experience will be beneficial but not a necessity
• Be able to do and understand quotations
• E-mails
• Bilingual
• Be able to work in an open office
• Be able to work well with staff members and irate customers

Technical Department duties:
• Handle all technical & fault report calls & queries via telephone & e-mails,
• Make out job cards on Pastel
• Do quotations on parts that need to be replaced
• Reports on faulty parts
• Ordering parts for installation or warranty claims for the Technical Dep, Project Managers, Sub Contractors & Public
• Following up with Customers on overdue accounts by checking their Statements on Pastel
• Updating a call out list
• Managing technicians
• Monthly reports on technicians hourly allocations, spare summaries and call out lists
• Training bookings for technicians – in-house or at an institution


General office duties:
• Copier machine maintenance / toner / faults
• General office duties i.e. answering phone, updating telephone lists etc.
• Vigil Tracking on Vehicles (new installations & cancellations)
• Safety manual applications / requests
• Oversee job and responsibilities of an assistant
