Our Client is a hospitality-industry leader in providing in-room interactive-TV products that increases revenue and brand loyalty for hotels and other properties. They are currently looking for a dynamic goal orientated individual to fulfill the role of Technical Assistant.

The successful candidate should have a good audiovisual and DSTV understanding and background, and must have a positive go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities Include:
• Remote and onsite support for existing clients/properties
• Generating monthly reports – service
• Physical work – mounting of TV’s, building of servers and pulling of cables. (Installations)

Qualification, Personal Attributes and Experience
• 2 years in a similar role
• Good knowledge of IP, WiFi and Coaxial Networks
• Basic IT understanding and background would be beneficial
• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Valid drivers license, with own transport
• Valid passport (Willingness to travel)
• Customer service
• Go getting attitude
• Willing to get their hands dirty
