Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Procurement or equivalent qualification
5 years’ experience in a Procurement Environment
Working knowledge relating to professional services and facilities categories

Responsibilities
Educate the business as to the Procurement process
Compilation of vendor documentation
Requisition of quotes from preferred vendors
Internal Catalogue management
Ensuring agreed pricing is maintained as per contract
Raising purchase orders
Requesting invoices
Purchasing of Assets
Functional area reporting
Procurement project participation
External and internal learning
