What the role is about:

• The incumbent will be expected to provide technical training and demonstrations to customers whilst providing customer service and support.
• Technical responsibilities will include:
• Product demonstrations and installations on site.
• Ensure that required training is provided according to standard.
• Solve practical and technical problems in the market.
• Attend to customer queries, grievances and objections.
• Ensuring return of demo goods.
• Ensuring that company processes and policies are adhered to.
• Keeping abreast of competitive offers and opposition products in the Glasurit shops.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required.


Requirements:

• Matric qualification and must be a qualified artisan in Spray painting according to standard.
• 5 years’ experience as a Spray Painter with exposure to a premium paint brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer skills is essential for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English are required.
• A valid driver’s license is essential for this role while good market knowledge of the industry would be beneficial.
