Job Description
- Facilitates the design of web-based and instructor led courseware for product education and internal process education.
- Fosters a collaborative working environment with the Technical Training Instructor to create new course modules.
- Maintains existing course modules and analysis of new modules needed to meet business requirements.
- Acts as an instructional design resource within the department.
- Uses data from a variety of sources to analyze needs and propose sound training solutions.
- Leads group to identify training gaps within the product set.
- Participates in delivery methodology discussions and decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience required.
- 3 years experience in design, development, implementation and assessment of course development.
- Experience writing content for interactive web applications.
- Thorough knowledge of the Captivate and Articulate software packages
- Post Graduate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years application software experience and customer teaching experience.
- 3 years previous experience in data processing, banking/retail environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the Captivate and Articulate software packages
