Salary on offer from R14K - R20K per month, depending on previous working experience. Normal office working hours from Monday to Friday, with no shift work.
Requirements for the position include:
• South African Citizen
• Minimum Tertiary Qualification (diploma / certificate / degree) In IT will be advantageous.
• Previous technical customer service experience in the field of ISP of at least 2-3 years
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Great listening skills and patient by nature.
