Technical Delivery Manager - IT
Seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - IT for an established BPO dealing with Local and International clients.

The Role:
The purpose of this position is to provide second/third line technical support for all technologies. Also to achieve SLA’s by resolving service requests and maintaining the core operating platform, including all associated servers. This is to enable IT and Facilities customers to have a server and desktop platform built and maintained to the relevant standards.

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
ITIL Qualification
3 years experience in IT Service Delivery Management within Contact Centre
Microsoft
Experience in Active Directory 2003 onwards, Exchange 2003 onwards, ISA / TMG 2006 onwards, Office Communications Server, Windows Deployment Services
Symantec
Experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English

Salary on Offer:
R53,000 CTC per month - Dependent on experience, this excludes a lucrative annual performance bonus
