Technical External Sales Representative
Location: West Rand
Offer: R8 000.00 – R10 000.00 per month plus commission, car allowance and business petrol
Available: Immediately
Type: 2-3 Year contract

External Sales required, preferably a male applicant
Excellent earning potential
Previous experience in sales of automation i.e.: Conveyor’s/bearings/ Timing/VBelts will be an advantage

Previous technical sales experience essential

Company based in Centurion and Sales Reps will only visit the office once a week

Please take note of the commission structure;

Each sales representative will be allocated a territory to manage.

The customers in each territory will be divided into 3 different categories, namely OEM, End User and Reseller.

Some of the customers in the territory may already be serviced by internal sales and will remain house accounts.

No commission will be earned if sales do not exceed R75,000 (cost to company). Once sales exceed R75,000 commission will be paid from rand one.

The commission structure is calculated in 2 parts:

1,. Existing customers:
2% commission on existing customer turnover (excluding sales from house accounts in the territory)

2. New customers:

2.1 OEM, End User – 10% commission on turnover
2.2 Resellers- 2% commission on turnover

Example:

Total sales = R200,000.00

Sales to existing customers = R100,000.00 x 2% = R2,000.00

Sales to new customers – OEM and End User = R70,000.00 x 10% = R7,000.00

Sales to new customer – Reseller = R30,000.00 X 2% = R600.00

Total commission = R9,600.00

The commission structure will be renegotiated at the end of each year to ensure that it is in line with the annual budget.
