LILLYBEAN PLACEMENTS requires a TECHNICAL FLEET MANAGER for a well-established organisation based in PIETERMARITSBURG.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary qualification in Transportation- and/or Fleet Management.
Computer literacy at intermediate level (Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Good understanding and working knowledge of the Road Traffic Act essential.
Valid EC1 or higher drivers’ license. Must meet all regulatory requirements to operate trucks and other equipment used.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years’ experience in a transport management environment.
Experience with off-road, agricultural and/or forestry heavy equipment a must.
Tracking and diagnostics of vehicles.

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
A basic understanding of isiZulu will be advantageous
Able to work reasonable overtime as per operational requirements.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure
