Market leader in hosting and infrastructure service provider, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town has a position open for Technical Customer Service Manager.
Salary on offer starts at R35K and is based on your current or previous package. This is a senior role and reports to the Chief Customer Officer with a team of about 30 consultants.
Your main aim is to ensure world-class service experience to our customers. You will be a true leader and lead by example and will have a passion for consistent, excellent service delivery.
Requirements for this position include:
• Tertiary qualification - Degree or relevant equal.
• ISP industry experience of at least 3 years.
• Working experience in the service industry for at least 5 years.
