Looking for a Technical Lead who is a Microsoft and VMware guru! Assist in managing the delivery of project services and Third Line Support across a number of technologies to global customers.



Qualification:

MCSE Certification

VMware Certification - Data Centre Virtualization (VCP5-DCV)

ITIL v3 Foundation is advantageous



Skills & Experience:

8-10 years total Support experience in an enterprise-level Intel environment

Minimum 5 years Senior Third Line Support experience

Microsoft Active Directory backend support (DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS etc.)

Strong experience with Windows CA’s, SSL Certificates and Public Key Infrastructure

Clear understanding of IP addressing, subnets, routing, firewall behaviour etc.

Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012

Advanced VMware vSphere 5.x

Solid management experience in at least one Anti-Virus technology, e.g. Symantec SEP
