Technical Manager needed in Nelspruit / Mbombela (Mpumalanga)

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or NTC 4 Qualification
• S3/ N4 Electronic Diploma or Equivalent Qualifications
will be an advantage
• Any management Diploma/ Certificate will be an
Advantage
. Must have experience in Managing IT Projects

Technical Competencies:
. Extensive technical knowledge of commercial and
passenger vehicles
• Extensive knowledge of fleet management and SVR
product
• Proven track record of managing technicians
• Excellent customer service skills Advantageous
• Client fleet operations experience
• Quality Assurance Background
• Knowledge of Electronics and VBU’s working

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Installation technicians
• Managing of planning and Logistics department for the
region
• Managing new contracts and orders
• Managing handovers for the region
• Interacting with the technical department Head office
with regards to problem solving, improvement and
integration
• Interacting with external clients
• Supporting three sales channels
Responsible for:
• Productivity and technical reports (weekly & monthly)
• Operational functionality of the technical department
• Training within the technical department
