Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Managing of a Combined fleet of fitment and repair technicians
Monthly reports and analysing statistics to craft appropriate action plans to improve service delivery, productivity and quality
Managing of order process flow
Institute relevant policies and processes and revise where necessary to ensure efficiencies
Managing of handovers with regards to support calls logged
Interacting with technology department with regards to problem solving, improvements, integration with the existing software user interface
Interacting with external clients
Providing assistance when required to other departments or Witbank Branch
Interacting with technical department Head office with regards to problems solving, improvement, integration
Interacting with external clients with Branch manager
Supporting the 4 sales channels & Dealerships, Fleet, Insurance and SVR
Responsible for productivity and technical reports weekly, monthly
Responsible for operational functionality of the technical department
Responsible for training within the technical department
Job Requirements Educational Requirements & experience needed:
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
In-depth understanding of fleet management on a national level
Hands on knowledge of fitment technician& tasks duties
At least 4 year& management experience of team members and outputs on a national level
Any management /Technical Diploma / certificate will be an advantage

Advantageous
Extensive technical knowledge of commercial and passenger vehicles
Service Industry knowledge
At least 4 -7 year & management experience of teams members and outputs on a national level
In-depth national fleet management experience exposure
Client fleet operations
Quality Assurance background
Training of installation technicians
Knowledge of Electronics and VBU & workings (Past Tracking exposure)
Any formal management or Tech qualifications a plus
